Sabrina has an undergraduate degree in Economics from University College London and a postgraduate degree in Law from BPP Law School and HKU. She started her career as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She created Monday’s Child, an organic sleepwear line for children and is also a certified health coach who motivates people to live their best lives. Sabrina believes we must all act now for the wellbeing of future generations. |
Sherry Fung Education & Treasurer
Sherry has a undergraduate degree from Georgetown University with a Masters from Yale. She has held various positions at a buy-side investment company, a high growth cashmere fashion company in LA, and a retail chain in Hong Kong. From a young age, she was taught to be responsible for her actions, to reuse and not to waste. During her time at the retail industry she saw first hand the social issues involving waste and has been a socially conscious ambassador ever since. She strongly believes in the motto: “We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children” |
Jennifer Wang Fang Education & Community Outreach
Jennifer holds a BA from Wellesley College, and a MHA from Cornell University. Prior to moving to Asia, she worked at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York. She is also currently a director at the Kuang Tien General Hospital in Taiwan. She also sits on the boards of two charities: Hong Dao Senior Citizen's Welfare Foundation, providing community care for seniors, and Hong Yu Social Welfare Foundation, serving children with developmental challenges. Jennifer hopes everyone can take responsibility for their environment, their health, and their future generations. |

As a keen hiker, I have been lucky to have the beautiful country parks and beaches in Clearwater Bay on my doorstep for many years. Also, growing up in England with easy access to the woods and countryside, embedded in me a firm passion for nature from a young age. Over the last few years, I have worked as a ski instructor in Austria and experienced the effects of climate change first-hand, this has fuelled my dedication to conservation. I am now committed to reducing our adverse impact on the environment, so I am very much enjoying volunteering with EcoDrive Hong Kong. |
